The current western diet is currently too high in omega 6 oil but it's highly processed which can actually promote inflammation. It is important to know the difference and when choosing fish and eggs to go for wild and free range so you are getting the best qualities. Also when using oil try to know the process it goes through to get made and avoid heating oil as it changes the molecular structure.
