Ten Uses For Coconut Oil

Updated: Jul 16, 2019

Coconut oil usually comes in a solid form but can easily be melted in your hand from your body heat. When buying, please check the label to make sure it doesn’t include any hidden ingredients. You should check that it is edible. I always say: if it’s safe to eat, then it’s safe to use.

Please bear in mind that everyone’s body is different. So, what works for one person may not work for another. Always test products on a small section of your body before going crazy with it.
