Rice Water for Hair Growth

Rice Water

Rice water for hair growth has been used by Asian and africcan countries since the begining of the ages. It contains the minerals that are necessary for hair growth. Rice water nourishes the scalp and makes it healthier. This makes your hair grow stronger and thicker.


Ingredients:

  • Rice: 1/2 cup

  • Water: 2 cups

  • Process:

Process:

  1. Soak the rice in normal spring water for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Strain the rice an collect the water in a mug or a bowl.

  3. Shampoo your hair as you normally do. Pour the rice water on your hair after it.

  4. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with plain water.

Frequency:

Use rice water on your hair at least once a week.


Green Tea

Green tea is well known for its anti-oxidant properties. This is not only good for your own health, but also for your hair’s health. Green tea reduces your hair fall and also helps in hair growth.


Ingredients:

  • 2 green tea bags, or 3-4 tablespoons of green tea leaves

  • Water: 1/2 cup

Process:

  1. Boil the green tea leaves (or green tea bags) in the water for a few minutes.

  2. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes so that the green tea seeps well into the water.

  3. Apply on your scalp while it’s still warm.

  4. Keep it on for 30-45 minutes then rinse with cold water.

Frequency:

Repeat once a week.
