YES, well it is no coincidence why you are reading this right now. This programme is meant for anyone who is looking at making positive mindset changes. It is an interactive course ideally spread out over a period of 7 weeks in order to help you have a more positive mindset. It is so easy to tell people to be positive but things aren’t always as simple as that otherwise, I’m sure we would all be doing it. So the aim is to get you to do weekly activities that will become a part of your daily routine. What I want to do is help you discover things for yourself and start creating good habits so there is less chance of you reverting back to not so good habits. When you see you can think and feel good you won’t want to stop.
