NO, well it is no coincidence why you are reading this right now. This programme will help you install healthier habits into your lifestyle. It is an interactive course ideally spread out over a period of 6 weeks in order to help you create healthy habits. Many people do a course or read a book and they don’t actually implement nothing into their lifestyle. So the aim is to get you to do weekly activities that will become a part of your daily routine. What I want to do is help you discover things for yourself and start creating good habits so there is less chance of you reverting back to not so good habits.
