Understanding the Impact of Culturally Centred Peer Support on the Mental Health of Black Individuals Diagnosed with Cancer.

In March 2025 I was awarded a 1 year Mental Health for ALL research fellowship by NIHR partnered with UCL. We were tasked with training to learn about research and we also had to create a research question. Once we had our question we had to engage with public in order to hear their opinions about our chosen topic in an aim to mold it inline with co-production.

This 18 page brochure filled with illustrations takes you through my journey and the findings from my engagement activities. Here is a link to the video at the end which features peers and peer support workers talking about peer support.
