Greetings, it is no coincidence you have landed on this page I am so pleased that you are ready to level up.

Note from the author:

"When I finished my cancer treatment in 2010 I thought everything would go back to normal. The thing is after two and a half years of fighting cancer I had fallen out of sync with the life I had before. Being told you are cancer free should be a happy moment but for me and many other survivors I have spoken to it ended up being a time full of anxiety.

Trying to go back to life before cancer was a myth as so much had changed so instead, I looked through the different areas of my life and started to think about what I wanted next. So I decided to share my printable workbook so you are able to do the same thing."

This planner is for you if:
