Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition and a form of martial art, which dates back to the 12th century. It’s slow movements make it known to be a meditation in motion which is why it has be known to alleviate stress and anxiety as well as increase energy levels. It helps with balancing the yin (passive negative force) and yang (the active positive force) in the body. There are five different styles of Tai Chi, each with their own style:
